Washington DC

Washington DC is quite concerned about the spread of swine flu over the coming winter months. On average the regular flu takes the lives of around 35,000 people each winter. Now that the swine flu is a world wide spreading pandemic and has already taken many lives world wide, Washington dc is concerned that that quickly spreading swine flu could pick up even more as the winter months progress and take the lives of between 30,000 and 90,000 people in the united states over the coming winter. Many states are doing everything they possibly can to prevent swine flu spreading, and American citizens have been informed on how to protect themselves along with there families. Washington DC can only hope that these preventative actions will make a difference during the coming winter.
