Congo Comes Down With the Flu
The Democratic Republic of Congo reported its first confirmed case of the swine flu. The man who was diagnosed with the swine flu was from a South African mining company based in the country's mineral-rich region.
The Health Ministry of the Democratic Republic of Congo says the infected individual just returned from holiday in South Africa. The man in currently undergoing treatment as he remains in good health and good spirits. The Health Ministry also commented to say that none of his family members are showing symptoms of having the flu.
The Democratic Republic of Congo is now trying to create pastoral and practical aide to all families. They are trying to inform their citizens of what they should be doing in an effort to prevent the onset of the flu.
