Papua New Guinea
The National Agricultural and Quarantine Inspection Authority were working in close conjunction with the Health Department to keep a close watch on the spread of the flu.
Right now there are arguments facing the Inspection Authority because the flu is no longer a spread of disease among pigs, but had mutated to a disease that infects humans.
Throughout Papa New Guinea, Pigs are believed to be of significant value. In fact they are used in money making deals, customary traditions, birth and death. It is no wonder that the swine flu found its way to so many citizens from Papua New Guinea.
Health officials all across the country are now worried that there may be an even bigger reason to worry because of the lack of medical supplies the country has access to.
