Can the Flu Help our financial markets?

The second largest producer of human plasma products said their net-profit increased by 63% because of the flu vaccine orders, and it is only expected to continue to gain.

As of June 30th, the profit had reached $1.5 billion, from last years $701.8 million.  The company expects profits to continue to grow as there will be plenty of foreign exchange going on.  Also, most pharmaceutical companies are beginning to transition to liquid immunoglobulin from its typical vaccine methods which should also contribute to the companies potential growth rate.

The company is also well known for its innovation in the HPV virus treatment. The company has been doing really well to boost sales of both types of vaccines.  You can expect CSL to have a monopoly on the world of vaccine distribution this time next year.
