Dealing With Isolation

Many countries have made laws requiring citizens who travel out of the country and into other certain regions of the world to remain in isolation in there homes from periods ranging from one week to three weeks. This can be a very lonely and depressing time for those who are citizens of nations that have these laws, but its very important to remember that, as inconvenient as this law may seem, you may potentially be greatly protecting the general public. If you find yourself under quarantine or isolation and you are feeling depressed, which seems to be common, try to take up a new hobby to pass the time. Practice drawing, read a book, watch some movies, perhaps even use the time of which you are isolated in your home to do some organising and cleaning.
