Confirmed Cases of Swine Flu

    There have been many cases of swine flu which have been confirmed since April, 2009. In order for a case of swine flu to be confirmed is has to go through WHO. Websites, news papers, and televised news broad casters are not allowed to mention cases of swine flu unless they have been confirmed by WHO or the WHO reference labs. Many countries have experienced a plethora of swine flu cases but unless WHO verifies that it is indeed a case of swine flu, it is not permitted to go down on official statistics regarding official confirmed swine flu cases. There are many websites which offer these official statistics and often times news reports and news papers will list confirmed cases in order for the public to keep up with this fast spreading pandemic.
