The Health Ministry of Mongolia has asked Mongolian authorities to quarantine 103 plane passengers. Two of the passengers on board had performed in a band in Mexico -- after they disembarked the plane both of the passengers had come down with a fever.

Their routine stop brought the flew to an airport in Moscow -- the infected patients were brought to the hospital. As the plane arrived in Mongolia, the Health Ministry took proper precautions and quarantined all of the passengers on board as well as six crew members. All 103 on board were asked to remain under medical surveillance for a week.

As vaccines and antiviral drugs are in high demand and high cost, the Health Ministry has asked that Mongolians help to prevent the spread of the swine flu by urging people to avoid public spaces.
