Electricity Supply at Risk

This may not seem like the first concern in your mind if there were to be an outbreak of the swine flu, but many public service agencies are concerned what this pandemic will mean to their businesses.

In fact people in the electricity supply sources are even more concerned by the fact that there may be a shortage of workers this season.  Electricity is a 24 hour job, so if a problem arises someone needs to respond.  But with the impeding threat, jobs may not be so varied; and there may not be anyone to tend to the lights or other forms of energy.

Not to mention, all of these hospitals accommodating patients will also need a surplus of supplies to make sure all of their patients are taken care of. In general, the world will see a huge electricity supply deficit if the flu takes full swing.
