President Obama Addresses the Nation
President Obama finally addressed the nation about what we should be doing in preparation for the swine flu epidemic. He asks Americans not to panic, but rather be prepared. It is a vital part of our job as American citizens to not be afraid, but rather take the initiative to protect ourselves.
Because the swine flu has already showed its face once this year, they are expecting round two to be even more dangerous. As the virus has had time to pick up virulence so too has the season begun to change. Obama reassures the American people that his plans and decisions regarding the swine flu are based on the best scientific information possible -- but the Nation will be kept abreast of the situation of anything changes.
