Children & The Swine Flu

"What to do this Flu Season"

The government is already taking extreme caution when it comes to preventing the spread of swine flu. Each school system was urged to come up with their own emergency plan if the swine flu were to strike early this season.

But the government is also urging parents to take additional precautions this upcoming flu season. Officials are saying that the Swine flu is expected to hit hard this year. And without a vaccine, we should be taking every precaution possible.

Washing your hands is just one of the many ways children can stay healthy this fall.  But if your child is one of the ones who happen to come down with the flu, make sure you are ready to deal with it as best as you can.  And officials say that being prepared is the most important thing to anticipate this year's flu outbreak.
