Obama's Plan for the Flu

Gearing up for this year's swine flu, Obama is planning on launching an unprecedented campaign to make Americans aware of the dangers of the Swine Flu.

Obama has even suggested administering three shots, one to combat the seasonal flu and another two to be specific to the Swine Flu virus.

This is the first time a multi-billion dollar campaign would be launched, thus putting a huge strain on the production, distribution, and the ability to track the potential side effects.

Another less expensive approach would be to add a protein that would specifically target Swine Flu virus.

Before any decisions are made, vaccine and pandemic experts are working with administration to figure out how to produce, test, track, and educate the public about the two different strains of the vaccine.
